Wij mengen de kruiden als\u00a0 komijn, koriander, kaneel toe aan de droge couscous voor je het hete water erop giet. Als dat klaar is besprenkel je de korrels met olijfolie en citroensap en voeg je zout en peper toe. Ga losjes met een vork door de couscous om de korreltjes te scheiden. Laat even afkoelen en ga er nogmaals met een vork doorheen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Terwijl de couscous nog warm is (maar niet heet meer), of helemaal afgekoeld, voeg je paprika, komkommer, ui, feta, olijven, tomaten en peterselie toe en schep je alles voorzichtig om tot het goed gemengd is. Proef, voeg meer zout en peper toe als dat nodig is en besprenkel met wat extra olijfolie als de couscous te droog is.
